Along with its old Odeon counterpart, this has been my all-time favourite beef noodles I have been eating regularly since 2006.

Previously from Tanglin Halt Road and Cuppage Centre – also formerly Starhub Telecommunications Building, the stall has been at Amoy Street for the past 14 years.

I tend to visit every Friday because personally along with carrot and Char Kuay Teow, beef noodles are my standard meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Due to long queue, I preferred to go there at 4pm but because in the last 2 years, the couple choose to operate for half a day, I have not been there since.

To be honest, what I really like about their Hainanese style Beef Noodles are their gravy and soup taste made from certain herbs they will not want to reveal for business reasons.

Though I have tasted beef noodles at other places, none of them came close to what they added and how they prepared.

Besides dry and soup versons, you have a choice of 3 noodle types as in Kuay Teow, thick yellow and white noodles with assortment of beef at $5 and $6.

Other than that, they also served beef balls in soups to complete a wholesome meal.
